Internet Marketing Account Representative

A leading company that develops and manages websites for more than 2,500 healthcare providers including physicians, dentists, veterinarians and other medical-related businesses is seeking a full time Account Representative. The motivated individual would manage client relationships, analyze and oversee their marketing campaigns, and make adjustments as needed to increase performance and meet targets.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and extend client relationships (non sales)
• Analyze traffic reports, PPC reports, position reports
• Discuss performance with clients and make recommendations based on data
• Work as a team with the various departments within the company to complete projects
• Help develop a new framework for managing client relationships
• Conduct search engine research and adapt to industry trends

Requirements:
• 2 – 3 years account management experience, online preferred
• 1 – 2 years prior experience in SEO/SEM in an online agency or similar position preferred
• Experience with organic search engine optimization techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Urchin, Google Analytics, Omniture, or similar products
• Experience with managing pay-per-click campaigns in Adwords and Yahoo
• Previous experience with blog marketing, video optimization, and other social networking a plus
• Knowledge and experience in HTML coding
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Independent worker and a self-starter
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be comfortable speaking with clients and resolving issues
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Position Description

Seeking energetic and self motivating independent eBusiness Development professionals to build business through individual sales as well as to build on our agency pool of referring affiliate companies.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and secure potential 3rd party agencies and new individual business targets.
- Identify and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain sales relationships and communicate with project managers and clients.
- Write proposals for potential opportunities (support provided by dev teams and management).
- Must be able to travel to meet with customers as needed.

In this sales role you will identify, contact, consult and close new business by offering prospects/clients our search engine optimization, website development, and other online marketing services to help grow their online businesses. There is a possibility that you could also have the opportunity to recruit, train and supervise your own sales groups and receive additional compensation for this effort.

Your role would include presenting a proposal to the client to secure their interest. Once accepted, our development teams would then take over and work directly with the client to create the actual SOW (Statement of Work) which covers the multitude of details in the work order. This gives our development teams the opportunity to upsell additional fine point features, for which you would also receive compensation as your commission would be based on the final approved cost for the job.

Additionally, one of your objectives would be to secure agency relationships with 3rd party companies (offline marketing, market research, advertising agencies, media firms, etc.), help to sell/upsell to their referred clients, and assist with liaison communications between client, agency, and our internal development staff and project managers. You would receive residual commissions on any jobs sold to clients that are referred by your agencies.

Identify ongoing selling/upselling and servicing opportunities to ensure client-agency relationship longevity.

You would not be responsible for micro-managing projects, but may be instrumental in aiding the communications between project managers and clients as needed.

Associate Search Engine Marketing Analyst

The Associate Search Engine Marketing Analyst will assist the Search Marketing team by regularly reviewing active paid search campaigns for quality assurance, conducting research for expansion of existing paid search campaigns, processing monthly invoices and determining monthly client charges, and other supporting tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Ø Create and update paid search listings
